Automotive spray booths consisting of one or more burners to heat the air to prevent formation of bubbles on the car body during painting.

There are several companies that manufacture automotive spray booths. Naturally, there are different ways on how they do it. They use different materials and equipment to complete a spray booth. We must need to contemplate on the factors to consider in choosing the right one. Only top quality materials and galvanized steel for the construction of the panel of the cab shall be used to assemble the auto spray booths.

This shows a structure stronger and more effective in catering to paint cars.

Maintaining systems of engines and exhaust fans should be easy and the equipment should work quietly. Tubular axial fans are responsible for the noise that the spray booth will. So it must be balanced and precision it should work on non-sparking blades for smooth operation and quiet. Guarantee of unity is also a major concern of a buyer. • Avatar Eric KCan a usb cooling fan be used as the ventilation for a spray booth?

I'm thinking of building my own spray booth for scale modelling as real booths are too expensive. Is it possible to use USB cooling fans as the ventilation for the housing unit? is it powerful enough to get the paint fumes out of the room?

    • It all depends on how much air you want to move. Do you have an exhaust tube running out of the room? A regular dryer vent hose will work. remember, you're drawing room air into your spray booth. Do you really want all that stray dust on your paint? Here you go:

So here's the prob. I build custom cabinets and interior trim and use a white water based semi gloss latex paint, and as we all know its usually a bit tacky when dry, I need something better but oil is no good because it turns yellow in no time. So I am using a top coat lacquer but it reacts poorly to the water paint and drys kinda soft and scratches easily. So I tried Benwood® Stays Clear® Acrylic Polyurethane Low Lustre

    • I would use the Minwax Water Based Polycrylic over the latex paint. Comes in clear gloss, satin and semi-gloss. Normally used after staining or on bare wood. Then I'd use a primer first before any painting next time.
