I plan on using metal sheeting and insulation to create a clean room atmosphere free from dust. I want to use large RVK hydoponic fans and carbon filters too. The idea is to spray automotive paints on goods, but due to the price of booths I wish to do this as cheap as possible. What are the UK laws that would prevent me making, or designing this project.
You'd primarily need to take account of two things: health and safety legislation, and possible infringement of someone else's existing design.
